Disappointing
The staff were very obliging, setting up my room lights on, txt to my phone to tell me which room was mine as I arrived after the frint office had closedfor the evening.
The room was "tired". Outdated design, showerdoor didntclose properly. The whole room needed a makeover. Bed was an adequate double.

No spa because there was no water. Tired interiors that has seen better days. The bed was very comfortable and the lady at reception was very friendly

The rooms were great sizes and felt like our family of four had plenty of room.
The bathroom wasnt that clean with mould on the room and in the shower. We also found an empty V can under the bed.

The room was not up to standard I would expect. The room needed a complete upgrade and redecorating. Very poor and disappointing. The carpet was in a poor state the walls were in need of a repaint and the shower door was broken. Lots of issues.

Huge room with separate bedroom that would comfortably accommodate a family of 4. It was a very quiet location, and the double bed was extremely comfortable.
The hot water temperature wasn't very high, but that might be by design given that it is obviously a family room. A couple of towel hooks in the bathroom wouldn't go amiss but minor details.

Central location to the middle of Taupo and the lake was right across the road. Easy access with two driveways so its okay if you have a bigger car or a Ute. Clean, spacious rooms, and good water pressure on the shower.
