It filthy, black mould, dirty linen, not clean properly, We could not get a refund. It's an older Motel but this was dirty. Curtains even had mould.. We didn't want to use the jug or sleep in the beds.We didn't discover this till about 930 at night at it was raining hard outside. This should not be listed. It's needs to be reported. My sister in law had the same experience. No hit water in the hand basin. I've reported this to booking.com

DO NOT STAY HERE-
We paid $132 for a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and child with private bathroom. Hotel is dated which isn't a problem BUT unclean, mouldy and stained sheets IS! It was disgusting.
Cold water tap fell off, we couldn't shower.
Hot water in bathroom didn't work.
The shower door wasn't fixed properly.
We complained to property manger and said they couldn't do anything about it.
We asked for partial refund as the room wasn't what we paid for and we're told it was cheap so we shouldn't have expected any better.
ALL accommodation in New Zealand at any price but especially over $130 IS EXPECTED TO be CLEAN, TIDY AND IN WORKING ORDER.
If the room wasn't ready for guests andnin working order, it shouldn't be available until it is.
We only asked for a partial refund as we did sleep there, the manager brushed us off, making up a story about how they dont get money from our booking, even though the hotel charged my credit card directly. Disgusted, dissatisfied and disappointed.

Clean sheets.
Could feel springs in one of the single beds. Pillows weren't great. Microwave needed a cleaning as did most of the room. It didnt feel particularly clean. No hot water in the bathroom sink and shower head leaking and one of the shower doors was off the rails. Room needs a deep clean and maintenance needs to be kept on top.off.

Quiet location, perfect for our 1 night break from driving, staff very eager to help, very warm cosy simple facilities ,very comfy beds and awesome shower. Would definitely stay again for a stop over.

This was our second time at this place, and the price was excellent. We slept comfortably since the room had a good number of heaters, especially during this winter. The rooms were clean and toilet. The staff was decent, but compared to our previous experience with "Eternity," which was exceptional, it fell short—unfortunately, the outstanding staff member we encountered there no longer works here.
One of the duvet covers has dirt on it (like a small vomit stain) and we had to spray that with some sanitiser.
