We were given milk at check- in and there was a Nespresso maker. We ate breakfast at the Urbano Bistro and the food was great. It’s a short walk from the hotel. The receptionist gave us several options in the area, but this was the closest.
We liked everything.

Very clean, tidy, modern, and accessible for wheelchair user. Loved the spa bath.
Nothing, although a rail/s next to the spa bath would provide safe access and exit for disabled/immobile guests as the spa is very deep. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The in-room spa was epic..... this hotel was literally the quietest place I have ever stayed at , and I have stayed at several hundred hotels in my lifetime. It was also incredibly modern, and the shower was one of the best I ever used.... nothing disappointed....it was one of the best stays I've ever had,thanks to the hotel staff, and this great property , in a great location.

Our stay in the studio at Stay 280 Rotorua was excellent. It was recently remodeled, very clean, with great simple yet usable amenities and in an area where it was super easy to get to dining and restaurants with a quick 5 minute car ride. The nicest thing is that these perks did not come with an exorbitant cost. Price was more than fair. Please note that sometimes the sulfur smell that permeates most of the area is somewhat significant, however, the ventilation and air in our unit completely addressed this, and we were not at all bothered by it while inside our room. Thank you all for a great stay.
