The location was in a good area, easy to drive to almost anywhere we wanted to go within minutes. The room was comfortable, the staff was awesome, the spa tub was a great addition, and we enjoyed our stay.

everything above, the lady at reception, Tristen may have been her name, my apologies' if wrong, showed us to the room, popped a bottle of milk in the fridge, and waived my 6yr old grandson who was a last-minute decision, to finally unclingy, from mum and join dad and grandad for a boy's weekend. was very taken with spa in our unit. and cannot wait for our next trip away.

Had everything we needed and then some - we even got a bottle of milk at check in. Had a great stay, wish we were there longer. Despite being full, we didn't hear anyone after 9pm or before 9am. Pool and spa were kept very clean.

The staff was lovely, and the outdoor pool was a nice treat. The room was large and comfortable.
The hotel is located about halfway between the main downtown area and Te Puia. Both are walkable, but are for those who enjoy longer walks (20-25 min). There are two grocery stores 10-15 min walking distance, but not many restaurants close by. This is a location better suited to someone with a car.

Let me just start by saying, we have travelled to many countries in our past 33 years and chose to stay here to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. What we found was an absolutely perfect spot for visiting Rotorua. Beautiful and clean, the room was perfect, bed comfortable and the spa was amazing, though very hot!! I took a dip in the pool which was lovely, perfect for kids too and big enough to have a bit of a swim. The staff were so lovely, personable and happy to help in anyway. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone, from singles to families, it has everything you need. And it was very quiet!!
Nothing, I guess if anything, a couple of more ice trays in the freezer would be nice!

The room is like a suite. A living room area, a galley kitchen that was well appointed and a bedroom. We also had a further room with a hot tub. It was wonderful.. There was a thermal heated pool that we enjoyed twice. We used the laundry facilities. So handy. The best thing about this motel is the friendly staff. They were so open, friendly and accommodating. Genuinely nice people. We highly recommend this motel.

Everything - we love the in-room spa and the heated outdoor pool. Also having full kitchen facilities helps to keep costs down while on holiday. Getting help with booking an activity online.
Just one small thing - we had a broken light in the living room which we brought to the owner's attention but, it wasn't fixed during our stay.

Separate little kitchen area with stove, microwave and toaster great for making some basics to keep costs down. Very comfy beds, towels and toiletries provided. Pool area clean and tidy and lots of fun. Great staff.
Some salt/pepper/oil on the kitchen would have been useful.
Pool area a little tired cosmetically now.

The staff were lovely. Check in was easy. Parking right in front of room. The room was clean and comfortable. Looked better than photos. Spa pool in room, so good. Loved that there was a makeup towel meant specifically for removing makeup. Shampoos and body wash supplied. Towels were fluffy and there were plenty.
There was really nothing I didn’t like. Only thing to be improved on would be to re do the spa pool, like renovate it, but it was still good how it was.
