The property is in a great location , close to the city centre with shops and supermarkets nearby .
The apartment was a little tired but I guess that was reflected in the price.

The beds were comfy. We were able to do everything we wanted. We used the two saucepans, microwave and the toaster. The frying pan was an odd shape!
The motel’s location was central to what we wanted in Rotorua.
The water and milk were appreciated. Thank you!
The frying pan had seen better days.

The parking was/is very limited.
The double bed has a very firm/hard mattress but otherwise quite comfortable

Pleasant
Central, easy to find, quiet, very comfortable set up in kitchen. Host was very kind, and had heat turned on in preparation, as it was chilly. Towels were great. Host had tourist literature and maps ready.
There were a lot of cats on the property, and fair warning if you are allergic

Full equipped what family need
We arrived on a rainy day and car park is open area. Hot pot did not clean. Our room was located on second floor without elevator while I carried my large luggage.

The rooms were nicely decorated, spacious and had everything you'd need for a short or even longer stay (mini kitchen with fridge, stove, dishes and utensils etc).
The gentleman who greeted us and checked us out was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Disappointing
As the office is the first contact with the public and hotel, the cleanliness was disgusting! It was not welcoming, it was dirty and unorganized. The room was reasonably clean but could have been much better. Rooms are dated. No wash clothes in the bathroom.
