Handy location for the bike park; and we've stayed many times before so knew what we were coming to

The room is just too small, and the heat inside is unbearable. We opened the window to get some cool air, but then the smell of the Sulphur entered the room.

Arrived late - easy process to check in and find room. Spacious cabin, clean with full linen provided (not always included at campground cabins - appreciated it). Good value.
Kitchen door code was a little confusing - not easy to match up to what was printed on the map.

The facilities at the holiday park were great. Clean and adequate bathrooms and kitchen facilities. The hot pools were an added bonus. Great location for exploring Rotorua and surrounds.

Fully fenced, safe and away from the main busy road. Kids loved the pools. Comfy beds and warm blankets. Small kitchen fully equipped and convenient for early breakfast. Good tv reception and wifi network.
The rust on the bathroom tap and shower head. Basin in private bathroom very tiny suitable for young children only. But otherwise we could live with that everything else was good.

I found the facilities a bit run down to be honest, not as clean as I would expect. The showers need a refresh, a deep clean needed. Basic, fine.

We booked the large family cabin for a night and it was so good! There were the towels, cutlery, plates, a kettle, a toaster and medium refrigerator inside the cabin, which was pretty convenient. Even though we had to use the shared bathroom and kitchen, the atmosphere around there was relaxing and calm.
I’m mot completely sure, but one of my friend said that the man’s bathroom was quite smelly.

A bit out of the city, but by the main road, so easy to access. I arrived after the reception time, but my check-in was still seamless, with clear instruction and useful maps provided. The bed was comfortable and the bed sheets provided were clean.
The bathroom was clean too. For the price it was great.
Since the beds can be booked separately, like in a motel, instead of booking the whole cabin, I would have liked to see curtains for beds.
