Very handy location to the town centre able to walk to where we wanted to go. Only in Rotorua for one night and the motel was comfortable, had kitchen and parking.

This is a good relyable consistent motel
No critisism is warrented but for my liking the steps to upstairs are a bit steep and narrow.

Motel agreed to early check-in and the Wifi was good. Rooms were clean and the female host was friendly.
The fact that I felt like I was committing a crime in requesting another roll of toilet paper. On our arrival we reported that a light bulb needed replacing in a dark shower area. We were told that this would be rectified whilst we were out but it was not addressed during our 2 day stay. The swimming pool was dirty - sediment in the bottom.

Fab bed, comfortable. good location
Very tired fittings, several lights didn’t work and one was missing the bulb. The pool was a bit dirty.

We liked the fact that when we learned that our room had a kitchenette with only a microwave and we asked for a hotplate and pots and pans, our host supplied them so that we could cook the meals that we wanted to.
We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa pool.
There was nothing we did not like about the Rotorua Motel.

Room was large for 2 and had a separate small kitchen. The kitchen had a free standing oven and everything you nedd to cook a basic meal. The location was less than a 5 minute drive to the lake. The motel was as shown in the photos - rundown but perfectly functional and great value for money. The bed was firm and comfortable. Parking for you car is off street and out of site.
Bathrooms are old and in need of an upgrade but it didn't bother me too much as I only stayed 1 night.

Parking, walkable into the main part of the town and the beds were very comfy. There was a pool but we didn't have a chance to use it due to only being there one night and leaving early.
