We liked how the room was very big and spacious beds were comfy.
There were spiders and cockroach the big ones. Shower handle was falling off. Wet mold in the bathroom floors. They didn't top up toilet paper, no shampoo & conditioners. The Internet was lagging. There were restrictions on food you can cook in there. I don't think we will book there again.

Everything was great the spa run was amazing everything no was clean
The only thing were the beds were rock hard for me and- farrr too firm! Also there was no shower gel. Apart from that everything was great everything was clean and it was very warm and I would still visit again! It was still good value for money in my opinion ☺️lady at reception was very lovely!

Make sure you read the other poor reviews - I wrongly assumed the motel had made changes to improve but our experience reflected exactly the other poor reviews
The motel charges immediately upon booking using the card lodged with Booking.com to secure the booking - there is no option to pay at property and they add a 3% fee. This is additional to the amount quoted by booking.com that states "this is the final amount you will pay".
There is no on-site manager - they only arrive to check you in then leave. During our stay other tenants returned to the motel around midnight and began fighting - screaming and yelling. Around 1am a woman began hysterically wailing - this continued for 90 minutes. Other guests were up checking on the occupants. Police were called multiple times but did not attend. There was no one on-site to deal with this.
From the condition of the buildings, I can only assume this motel was used as emergency accommodation and it has not had any changes or renovations done since. The ceilings and corners have thick cobwebs and the upstairs bedroom walls have black mould.
