Beautiful room - location of this hotel is close to the Main Street and lake.
We left the window open during the night and the room was infested with insects in the morning. Not sure if this can be helped though.

Right next door to a night club so didn’t sleep a wink hence our low score-check location of your room-don’t back on to the eat street

The hotel provided a larger room for my kids who were traveling with little ones and needed more room in the bedroom for the extra rollaway and crib. Nice bonus. The location is very convenient to restaurants. I had a one bedroom suite; it was super nice and roomy.
Parking is extremely limited on the property, so you have to park on street and you might not get one close by.

Perfect location, lovely walk to Eat Street, Lake Rotorua and great coffee shops on Fenton. Private parking included and easy access to highway for geothermal activities and redwood forest walk. Especially loved the on site mineral pool! The concierge was very helpful. My choice when visiting and returning to Rotorua. It was a very relaxed vibe and perfect room amenities. Thank you for your hospitality!

The accommodations were very comfortable, especially the beds and in-room AC controls. The staff was terrific and very helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage for many hours after checkout.

Disappointing
room was off the main street now near amenities of the hotel, down a dirty hallway.
bed sheets were too big for the bed made for very wrinkled bottom sheets which meant a bad night's sleep. No window you could look out of. No shower cap replaced for second night.
