Really stingy with toilet paper … only half a roll, had to supply my own. Didn’t turn on lights/power in spa area.

The manageress is so friendly and lovely to deal with. She was very welcoming and accommodating.
Very happy to see the geothermal hot tub but unfortunately it was only luke warm. Not sure why this was the case as we’ve stayed at other establishments where it was piping hot. Hopefully manager will check it out to fix.
Excellent location and off street parking and studio is spacious for a couple.
Well given the affordable pricing, you won’t expect a 5 star accommodation so there really is no complaints.
Only downside is the bed is very firm. I looked forward to getting to my own bed.

The location was a perfect base for our planned day trips and also had a great variety of food options within walking distance.
The young lady at reception Krupa, (sorry if ive misspelt your name) was excellent and went over and above to make us feel welcomed and comfortable during our 5 night stay. Great customer service! Thank you!!

The heated outdoor pool was excellent. The room was a good size with two nice chairs and a breakfast bar with stools. The bathroom was clean with a hot shower.
The hair dryer was old and had missing parts. It worked; ultimately, we left the counter for a replacement. There are no close food places, but we could Uber there cheaply or walk for about 20 minutes.

Staff really helpful and nice. Room had lovely back yard. Pool was warm and nice.
Stove didn't work well. Couldn't adjust temp or timer so burnt entree. Hot tub ok but we didn't know how to turn on the jets.

The staff! Very friendly and accommodating they even hurried up and finished cleaning our room so we could check in early. That was appreciated.
Small fixtures in the room needed fixing, the light shade in the bathroom, and the couch needs replacing. When you sit on it you sink into the big gap in the couch.

Really good value for money. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Only a 15 min walk to the town. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.
