The hot pool was amazing, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and gave us a warm welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rotorua.

Very cost efficient, very nice hosts. The room has everything you need, microwave, smart TV, fridge, kitchenette. Ideal stay for family for very reasonable prices. Location is close to everything important around the town.

Worked for a quick overnight spot. It was clean an stocked.
Old apartment with old furniture. It could use a remodel. The hot springs room was questionable.

The location was great! It was a very convenient place to spend the night. They have a private mineral pool, which is quaint. I loved the open garden area behind the motel.

Upon arrival at the Motel, we were greeted by the Motel Manager. He was very polite, and pleasant and he escorted us around the facilities of the Motel. Instructing us on the use of the rock pool etc. We found our rooms to be comfortable, spacious and relatively clean. The car park was adjacent to our room which allowed us easy access with our suitcases. Our stay at the Motel was relaxing and peaceful.
We didn't use the rock pool and therefore I can't comment on the facility. There was nothing that I didn't like about this accommodation.

nice motel & we got to cook a steak as it had a stove - thanks for that -
we asked for a bbq to cook the steaks but they didn't have it ready & didn't do much about it either

Excellent location had a private spa and separate pool. We had a decent sized kitchen and bathroom in our room. Comfortable bed in the lounge and 2 comfortable beds in a separate room. Friendly staff on arrival. Easy access to the room and parking.
The couch bed was not comfortable and the mattress was very thin. We didn't get blankets for the couch bed and had to set it up ourselves even though the booking was required for it to be used for the amount of people booked for. The bathroom was a bit run down. The outside deck was very wobbly and we couldn't figure out how to use the kitchen window. The window latches in the separate room were not tight or safely closeable.
