Nice resort with lovely views of the canal from patio
There was no air conditioning on the upper level where the bedrooms are and the windows didn’t open very far. Although fans are provided, it was very warm and uncountable for sleeping.

nice clean home with all amenities. Close to Rotorua attractions
one of the electric switch in master was fallen off the switch board and clicked with flashes at night. we had to turn off that room at night

Site is good and the lake is beautiful.
The location and access to food was challenging. It is about 20 klms around the lake from the main shops in Rotorua, and we arrived at about 6:30pm to find very little open for dinner. The internet was patchy and the TV was old (so we couldn't connect to streaming services). Once we were into the following daylight, we could get our bearings, but it is quite a way around the lake on very patchy roads.

Spacious accommodation for our family. Close to the lake and away from the town of Rotorua.
The sleeping arrangements are on the second floor without air conditioning. It was very hot at night.

Only 1 bathroom made it a bit difficult for a larger family. Only 1 AC in the ground floor which didn't cool the bedrooms on the top floor.

The whole place was clean and tidy: from kitchen, livingroom to the bedroom. Also, the place was complete: everything that you need is available. Bed in the masters bedroom was firm which was what we like. Had a wonderful and comfy stay.
The location. Need to turn suddenly.

Set right on the shore of a beautiful lake, this property offers complete privacy with every amenity you could need — plus a charming little restaurant right on site. Perfect for one night or longer stay.

Great location, relaxed, apartment had almost everything we needed and more. Full kitchen, washer and dryer inside the apartment. Pool, heated spa and gym in the property.
Only thing missing in the apartment was a coffee or Nespresso machine and coffee pods or packets.
