Amazing place. It’s a group of luxury cabins, located in the city centre but hidden from a Main Street, (by driving down and behind the street level ) so it is very quiet. it feels like you’re in your own nature resort
The owners have made the place feel special inside and out. By adding extra details. And ensuring there is everything you could need.
We had the largest cabin, which is three large bedrooms and two (small) bathrooms.
The cabin was wonderfully equipped. (with the exception that the refrigerator is really only a tiny half refrigerator. Odd given that 6 - 8 people could often stay there. )
(there’s no laundry, facilities, but we knew that)
The shared toilet is in a room seperate from the shower (this seems common in NZ ). But the toilet room is so small that a larger person - or someone claustrophobic- would have difficulty using it.
Also but the sink to wash you hands is in the shower room (it also seems common in New Zealand. ) But what’s up with that? It means that after you’ve done number two, you may have to go wash your hands in the kitchen sink if someone else is using the shower. But again, this seems to be an issue I’ve had with several New Zealand accommodations.

Spacious, felt like home, complete with kitchenette. I appreciate that they tidied up the room on 2nd day even though we were just staying 2 nights. Cozy , quiet location close to everything we wanted to go to in Rotorua.
Might be nitpicking, but there was a bit of mold in edges of shower floor.

Spacious room with needed items like heater etc. Comfortable bed with neat and tidy linen. Clean and tidy bathrooms with adequately stocked shampoo and body wash.

location and room were so good that we added two nights, since there was so much to do in Rotorua...close to eat street (ca 1,5km) and Woolworth for groceries helped;
power socket in bath room was not working and unfortunately was not fixed; we did not not like the type of showerhead with the unfamiliar settings of cold/hot

The foldout bed for the 4th person. the beds were very soft. Not enough comfortable seating (only a 2 seater couch, others had to sit on stools or bed edge.

Love this place! I was a little worried when I checked the Google review. But everything was perfect, the beddings, the space, the kitchen and everything were fine. Our unit was located right beside the road but we had a super good sleep throughout the night, no noise.

Staff were fantastic. I booked & arrived close to 10pm & they were waiting for me to arrive. I asked for a late 12pm checkout & they were more than happy to fulfill my requested. Facilities were great & room was warm. Spa bath was a great way to relax. Thank you for great customer service & excellent facilities.

Doesn’t have heat pumps. Because of humid and water drips in the bathroom my 4 year old daughter fell. We also had two other rooms booked but electric blankets were not working. Everyone was cold and had a rough night.
