I liked how the room was clean, very spacious and warm. Very welcoming when I checked in. The place wasn't noisy, couldn't hear traffic from main road. I would definitely stay here again.

Great roomy apartment at a fantastic price for an overnight stay. The staff and owner I spoke to were both very friendly and helpful.. motel was also just a short walk to the main town area. Also loved the access to the spa bath room at the motel.

The spot is ideal nearby the geothermal public park; The motel looks rustic but has all you need for a nice and quiet stay. The owner is a very kind person, friendly, always ready to help, very responsive and can serve as a taxi driver to various touristic locations. The shower water and the room itself are very hot, but this is what you get in a geothermal city.

Very friendly and helpful host. Motel met my expectations. Arguably located a few 100s of metres from the CBD, the walk was very easy and pretty flat.
Parking was tight, but there is plenty of free parking on the street immediately outside to motel.

What a great value for money in Rotorua. The hotel is run by Young, who is a very friendly owner that wants to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The motel is a walk away from the city centre and also provides a hot thermal bath, which is great to relax in after a day of adventure.
The room is very spacious and has everything you would need, from a full kitchen to a full bathroom. Definately the best value-for-money stay I've had on the North Island. Would go here again in a heartbeat.

Location - walking distance to everything downtown. Rooms were very clean and kitchen was well stocked - dishes, cutlery, etc.
