The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The location is excellent -- can easily walk downtown for dinner and shopping. The owner is super nice and helpful. We will stay there again the next time we are in town.

What a great value for money in Rotorua. The hotel is run by Young, who is a very friendly owner that wants to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The motel is a walk away from the city centre and also provides a hot thermal bath, which is great to relax in after a day of adventure.
The room is very spacious and has everything you would need, from a full kitchen to a full bathroom. Definately the best value-for-money stay I've had on the North Island. Would go here again in a heartbeat.

Location - walking distance to everything downtown. Rooms were very clean and kitchen was well stocked - dishes, cutlery, etc.
Could have used a coffee pot (French press).

the rooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were well fitted out with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Being able to spread out a bit and actualy sit down and relax was a huge bonus.
The lounge chairs were too low and a bit uncomfortable for us oldies.

The location is great for walking to the city center by the Lake and all the fun. Also near groceries and any shop you'll ever need. The rooms are BIG. Just right for a family. And "Young," the owner, is congenial and very helpful.

The large family room was great for our family of 5 for one night. It was the upstairs corner building, so nobody bothered us. I think it would have been a bit tight for a longer stay. The couple running the hotel was very friendly.
