Great location great view form the front communal balcony, the room was large clean and very close to boardwalk and short 5 min walk to Eats Street and the Centre of town.
The parking outside the room was very tight and not many spots but there was adequate parking on the other side of the building and it looked like it did have security cameras covering it.

Perfect location across from the park and lake. Easy walk to downtown, Eat Streat, and government park. Kitchen had all the amenities, linens nice, towels soft. Loved the heated pool!! Laundry room available in the afternoon, with large size washer & dryer. Staff wonderful. 15 minute walk to bus station for Intercity buses.
Could have used more plugs for all our electronics :)

Fantastic place to stay, comfortable, spotlessly clean, super friendly and a brilliant location overlooking the lake.
Close to all amenities, restaurants, bars and lovely walks by the lake.
Rotorua, is lovely and a must see place.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment with view over the lake as described. The staff were brilliant and happy to help with an early check-in. Would definitely stay here again.
