Bed was nice and comfortable. Shower had good pressure and was a good size. Having an oven to heat tea was great! Nice private courtyard to sit and use the spa pool. No road noise at all.
Personally I found it uncomfortable to watch TV from the settee as it was too close and got a sore neck from looking up but sitting on the bed watching it was fine.

Friendly staff that was very accommodating. Clean and comfortable housing with thoughtful touches like robes, makeup towel, Kleenex/tissues, laundry powder, and coffee bar. Bathroom was large and had good water pressure. Check in and out process was easy.
Minor comments that didn’t impact our overall enjoyable stay. LR could have used a non-overhead lamp. Lighting color temperature throughout was cold and harsh making it feel sterile and less homelike.

We loved the spacious and modern apartment. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was excellent. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, though we didn't use them much. The apartment also had a washer, which is the big BONUS to us during a long trip. I just wished there was also a dryer in our unit so that I didn't need to use the drying rack. The sulfur smell was pretty strong, but I guessed it's just normal in Rotorua. Overall, it was a pleasant 2-night stay. I won't hesitate to book again if traveling to this area next time.

Nothing not to like really, they could change their check out time from 10:00am to 11:00am though .
