The room was clean and pleasant, the bed comfortable. Good value for money overall. The Rotorua attractions were walking distance.
The breakfast buffet at $21 didn't include any eggs - not boiled, not scrambled, nothing. It also only included filter coffee. Other coffee beverages like cappuccino have to be bought at the bar.

Wonderful place - clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Walkable to the main town center. Great shower and wonderful heating/cooling unit.
The room could have used a microwave.
The only thing that was lacking was the hot tub. The lid had been half open when we went out, so it was a bit cool and it definitely needed cleaned as there was debris in the bottom.

Staff were friendly
I was told I had to pay another couple of hundred dollars when I arrived despite paying the entire amount on booking.com when I booked.
I had two kids with me and we had driven 5 hours so I had to do it
They said it’s because I didn’t book directly with them there was a problem with my booking. I was in tears

Great location. Clean and large rooms. Nice amenities. Nice big rooms and very friendly staff.
Issues with keys being reset multiple times and having to get new ones. Issues with getting into the hotel parking as buses blocked the way.

Spacious rooms.
Breakfast was pretty good but should have pancakes available every day. Kitchen could have been better equipped. Noise from pool/hot tub below the room was excessive two nights.

Well located, free parking and having a nice breakfast included was great. There were other nice touches also including fresh fruit available in the foyer and biscuits in the room. The bed was very comfortable also.

The room itself was clean and the location was decent.
Air Conditioning Issues - We were only informed that our room's air conditioning was out of order after we had already completed the check-in process. Staff immediately offered a heater and extra blanket as a solution. When I then inquired about switching to a different room, they claimed the hotel was fully booked. The provided heater turned out to be merely a small blower unit, and the blanket was quite thin. Curious about their claim of being full, I checked their website and went through the booking process, only to discover that rooms with identical descriptions appeared to still be available for reservation.
Parking Issues – After making our reservation, I discovered reviews warning about parking difficulties, and these concerns were well-founded. The hotel offers inadequate parking facilities, so late arrivals could be forced to park on nearby back streets due to the absence of roadside parking near the property. Finding a space after evening outings is purely a matter of luck.
Security Issues – The room door's secondary locking mechanism was non-functional. Guests who require the peace of mind that comes with a working double lock or security chain should consider other accommodations.
Reduced Housekeeping – While staying and paying for two days, full room service is only available every other day. The off-days include limited housekeeping such as trash collection, amenity refills, and towel exchanges.
