The location was excellent, walking distance to major bars and eateries. The room was perfectly clean and well appointed but the decor is getting a bit tired. Staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the location and the price was good
The glass milk bottle was a nice touch.
I didn't like the room having two double beds. I prefer 1 large king bed. The 2 double beds made the room very cramped. I didn't like that I had to take a jug down to the reception to get it filled up with drinking water. The bathroom needs a revamp as it is starting to show wear and tear.

What i liked most: Young receptionist made a small mistake. Somebody noticed my disappointment, understood quickly and corrected it nicely without much words and without any request from me.

Room, beds etc also good! Good pointers to nearby attractions.
Breakfast! Pay a few extra $ and get it in the neighboring Novotel where it is good.
