Pool Facilities were great, just need to work on the access to get in, another step is needed, kids LOVED the games room

We booked accomodation for 3 nights but had to cancel at the last minute because of Sir Hirni Moko Mead's tangi. I can understand not refunding the first night but extremely disappointed we were still charged for the 2 extra nights. Your company is a huge motel chain. $1200.00 wasted. Our company will not be using you again.

The location,
It seems used. Pool area looking at walls is not very nice. Our safe didn’t work, we had s new room where the bed was broken. The cleaning was really not great, often they forgot to clean the bathroom apart from leaving new towels, they didn’t change the cups and glases and didn’t fill up coffee and toiletpapir. In general not very observant.
The restaurant is very low standard and expensive compared to good restaurants in town where food were better. We were pretty disappointed.
