Nothing the place is the pits the photos don’t do it justice on the booking app as they are old photos the place sure as heck doesn’t look like that now it’s terrible. They need to have some care and look after the grounds, mow the lawns. A major upgrade is in need as the place is barely staying above ground. The hot water only lasted 3 showers before it went cold for the other 2 occupancy as we were a family of 5.

The location was good and the spa bath was a bonus plus we were on the bottom floor, however I did see there was a lift for the upstairs rooms not that we used it.
The place needs alot of TLC such as cracks in ceilings, holes in doors, and it was a bit musty too - maybe upgrade the TV to smart

We had a family room - two rooms with four beds. Beds were clean and comfortable. An extra pillow or two would have been nice. Location was handy to town. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a simple meal. We had a new fridge and toaster. It was a little noisy - road and other people around. We were in the front part of the motel, opening the window to our the back, the place looked like it was falling down! A lot of work needed. A power point wasn't working and some of the window latches were a bit dodgy.
I would never swim in the spa. It was run down and needed some serious work.

Location in Rotorua great, close to everything as a visitor
You need to put in a community petition to get rid of your gang affiliated neighbours, stupid idiot walking up and down the road pushing bins over and screaming outside with a knife, that guy needs to get away from such an awesome place, he don’t deserve it

The noise, the smell like cigarette, the parking wasnt secured. The shower wasnt wasnt working properly. The bed is smelly when you used its icchty to the skin

Nothing at all.
The photo and the place do not match, we arrived late would not have stayed there if i knew where i was we booked and paid two night, did not stay the second night, left first thing in the morning - went to the supermarket and brought Glen 20 spray emptied the can everywhere including the sheets and beds.
Bathroom was disgusting, Kitchen was dirty floors bench and dishes table all dirty.
Spa was dirty - just so dirty
Floor wasn't vacuumed, asked office to come and vacuum. Glasses left form prior guests, still in the room was not worth the money. Booked into another motel, I wish i had read the reviews this place should be closed or a high-pressure hose taken to the rooms
