The area was great and receptionist.
Changed my room on arrival, and the room air conditioning was so noisy hardly got any rest. The bathroom was shocker, not clean And was locked in the pool area by staff who clearly saw us swimming.

Amazing breakfast every morning , great staff, very inviting. Fantastic suite of not a little tired.
The suite was a bit tired. Getting into the shower not ideal as you had to maneuver over the bath. With the amount of room spare bathroom , they could have a walking shower for those less able.

Loved The Grotto pools! Loved the Buffet Breakfast & the bed was so comfortable!
Had wet towels in the bathroom left there, but they were replaced immediately. Also not enough milk in the rooms everything else was great!

Always love the selection at the buffet breakfastwe always get the rooms with it inclusive. My son spent hours in the pool and spas making friends aswell overall awesome stay and met our expectations

Disappointing
It was convenient that the property had free parking.
This hotel was not for us! Unlike the pictures, the room was dark and stuffy. The hotel felt like it had seen it’s day and is now dying. All the facilities were old and mostly closed/unused. The room was aged and in poor repair. The carpet was damaged/pulled and not properly vacuumed (at check-in and in the service). There was no functioning air conditioning and it was very musty/dusty feeling in the room. The hotel was full of tour groups so being a young family felt like the odd ones out.
