Good location and friendly staff. The dinner and breakfast options were good and the rooms comfortable.
We were confused as to whether the restaurant was open or not as the hotel website said it was closed but when we arrived we were told it was open. Great result for us!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were next to each other as requested. The beds were comfy and the rooms were warm
The rooms were cramped. It was extremely busy and the car parks out front were full. The pool was packed and smaller than we thought from the photos.
It was too cramped and loud for us to stay so we found other accomodation after staying only one night.
Although the copthorne hotel staff initially told us we would be able to get a refund for the 3 nights we didn't stay, Booking.com declined our request.
The Copthorne Hotel did offer us free accomodation at a future date to compensate us which was very kind and generous of them.

Really good value for money. We paid $347 for two nights for a family of 4 (1 Adult, 3 kids). We were looking for a hotel with a heated(ish) pool and that alone we thought was good value for money since our usual accommodation was booked out. Beds were comfortable and room was "roomy", friendly staff too.
While the staff were friendly, they might have been understaffed as the two times I rang the bell for service at the bar, no one came. In saying that, my health will probably thank me for it later. We didn't eat at the hotel, otherwise there wasn't anything we didn't like.

The price, the entrance.
For Copthorne it's not up to the usual quality, building is old, tired looking. The spa had to much chlorine which sucked, was hoping for mineral spa water.

The restaurant was closed which I was unaware of prior to arrival.
The pillows were very hard.
No extractor fan in the bathroom.

The shower was not in the best condition, there was no lock on the bathroom door. It felt like a bit overpriced for what it was.

Our bathroom was a bit grimy, and the gym equipment was very rusted and hard to use. There was also a wet patch on the carpet

Swimming pool area was fun
Breakfast was super shit dry old sausages dry scrambled eggs double fried hash browns everything in the breakfast was disappointing definitely not even worth $5 still we paid $35 per person cleanliness is very poor right from the reception area to entrance to elivater to the rooms spider webs were visible everywhere you go in the property that itself described the maintenance. Toilet flush was poor once you flush you could keep hearing the noice . Disturbance through the door area someone even knocked twice definitely not going again nor recommending this property to anyone for sure
