Revisited from 14 years ago when we had a wedding. Loved it. It's still great. Clean, comfortable beds. Great shower. Fab swimming pool. Also has great spa pools. Very good laundry facilities. Perfect for families or non families. Trampoline and plenty of space for children to enjoy. Lovely walk into Rotorua. Longer through the park.

Play area for children - staff were great in getting my ring back to me that I left there
Office closed half the day the wifi password was not given to us or anywhere in the room. Rang the number 5 times and got no answer - Edited**** I was going to change my review as I actually left my engagement ring there and didn't realise for a few days and they were absolutely lovely and helped me get it back which I will be forever grateful for but then I just seen their response to my original review - The office was not open 8.30-8pm the sign on the door said the office would be open between 9am - ??? and ??? to 6pm! Ring the number if an emergency. To which they didn't answer, I cant remember the other times but it was frustrating. When I was liasing with them about my ring - they said they were having issues with the phone??? The wifi password was not in the black book on the table as I looked in it thoroughly before I tried to go to the office to get the wifi password.

Wonderful
Great for families! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which worked well for our family of 5. The bathrooms have been updated fairly recently, and the kids loved the outdoor heated pool, trampolines and swings. The two thermal pools were a pleasant surprise and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was great too. Would stay here again.

Our son enjoyed the swimming pool the most - warm, clean, not too small. Also, location is good (in the city but not smack in the city centre) and staff were nice and friendly.

The location, room facilities and size are great.
The thermal spa bath really nice.
Breakfast could be better, or just better not to sell it as an option.
We complained about it and on the next day we got a much better one in our room.
