Pools were great would be good if adults got a key for after hours especially during weekends. The only bummer was having to get out at 10pm prices are great the area is out of the way so pretty quiet considering its on the main road.
Our room required a service only the trash was taken and since we had no kitchen sink dishes needed to be done but were left also somehow there were more crumbs on the floor from how we left it that morning.

The room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of tea/coffee supplies, etc. Had a lovely welcome from Kath at reception. The location was great - short drive into the CBD. The heated swimming pool was an added bonus - enjoyed 3 swims!! Would highly recommend.

Great to have a thermal pool on site. Beds were comfortable. The room was nice and warm. A towel for the pool was offered to us.
I forgot to turn the radiator off at night as I didn't know it was on so I was too hot overnight.

Revisited from 14 years ago when we had a wedding. Loved it. It's still great. Clean, comfortable beds. Great shower. Fab swimming pool. Also has great spa pools. Very good laundry facilities. Perfect for families or non families. Trampoline and plenty of space for children to enjoy. Lovely walk into Rotorua. Longer through the park.
