Great location a few minutes walk from the town centre. Lovely friendly helpful staff member on reception. Good size room and bathroom, very clean, good shower. Good value for money.

Hosts were accommodating and extremely helpful. Bed was comfy and facilities were great for what I needed.
The shower is on the older side and can spray over the side of the bath sometimes, extra care is needed but this takes nothing away from the other great qualities of the room!

As a budget hotel/motel the rooms are on the larger side, it's quiet and very close to town. It's an older building that has had a tidy up and the owners do everything they can to be helpful. The bed was comfortable although access from one side is tight, the main thing is we slept well.
We'll stay again when in Rotorua.
