We stayed at Avero for my boyfriend's birthday weekend and wished we had booked an extra night. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful birthday card and chocolates left for us on arrival. Great quality hair dryer available. The location was also easy to find and convenient for exploring Rotorua. The staff were friendly and had great recommendations for things to do during our stay!
Nothing to fault during our stay. It would be great to have an ironing board available for a future visit, if possible. It is slightly more expensive than some other accommodation options, but the cleanliness, modern facilities, and overall experience made it feel worth the extra cents.

As property is not on Fenton street there was very little traffic noise. Bed was super comfortable and unit was very clean.
The unit did not have carpet on the floor so I found it cold to walk on.
That being said I would still be happy to stay there again but just bring some slippers!

Owner was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were well appointed and furnished to a very high standard. Beds were comfortable and the whole place inside and out was immaculately clean. Down a quiet street and was peaceful and quiet but, still close enough to city centre. Highly recommended AAA+++

Clean room, spacious, comfortable bed.
Stingy kitchen provisions. Two only, tiny cheap thimbles of milk. So one cup of tea each. Almost empty box/ selection of tea etc. Just two each of cutlery and crockery. No wine glasses - just two large water glasses. Two comfy bucket lounge chairs at the table - but too low to sit on to eat at the table. This minginess was very disappointing, considering the cost. We will not go back. It is interesting to be reminded: "little things mean a lot."
