Love that the rooms are clean and space for the kids upstairs while mum an dad are chilling downstairs. Spa pool was lovely too with lots of towels available to use also

We loved how spacious and comfortable our apartment was, beds were comfy, well equipped kitchen, the spa was awesome. It was handy to have a laundry facility. Close to town. Front desk were so helpful. After our drive up from Wellington, we really enjoyed being able to relax :) We will definitely be back.

Spacious room. Comfy bed.
Overall this property is tired and has seen better days. The private spa pool is very uninviting so we didnt use it...given this the price was not great value. Like all surrounding properties it is affected by the smelly sulphur air of rotorua. The laundry is a communal one.

Excellent property.convenient location and all Rotorua attractions are minutes away. Nice hot tub with each unit. Units are very spacious. One night stay and will repeat when I am back.
