The property is everything it said it is. It is close to the city centre, grocery and the tourist sites
The only thing I can say to improve on, if any, is that if neighbors are noisy you can hear it.

Stayed at Apex on Fenton Street in Rotorua and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was super convenient, close to shops, food places, and all the Rotorua attractions without feeling too hectic.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which always makes such a difference when you’re away from home. I also appreciated how peaceful it felt at night, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Rotorua.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. ?

Had a 1 bedroom spa bath room. Great stay nice and quiet. Bed was super comfortable spa kitchen and bathroom spotless. Excellent value for $$.
We will stay here again when back in Rotorua.
Owners were so nice and gave us a chocolate pack on check out.

Very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The jetted hot tub was a bonus that we enjoyed very much. Excellent location to attractions in town. It is a motel so had neighbors close by, but did not hear noise through the walls
Check in lady was fine, but nothing special like we read in the reviews, although man at check out was very friendly and gave us a road treat chocolate. So nice. Only had one small frying pan and small pot, both in excellent condition. Could have used a bigger pot.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, location. Exactly as described! From first hello, staff was pleasant and friendly - rooms exactly as shown in the picture - crisp clean sheets! Large room! Amazing price for the perfect location in town- small kitchenette had just the right items to use for a short stay.
