Disappointing
Location was fine, but we had a significant amount of frozen food to keep frozen, so I asked before I checked in about the availability of freezer space particularly the size of the freezer in the room. I was told that it was domestic size while in fact it was only an under-bench style with just an ice box so virtually no freezer space. Most of our frozen food thawed out which was not good. Otherwise the room was acceptable.

Location was handy to everywhere in Rotorua and area. The layout worked well for 2 couples.
Location had some traffic noise because we were on the corner. But it was ok. The shower curtain in the mobility bathroom was torn in several places so water went all over the bathroom and ran to the front door. The shower nozzle also needs adjusting/replacing because it was twisted and it made it difficult to direct the spray. A proper curtain to contain the shower spray would be good. Some hooks for towels in the bathrooms would be great. We needed extra towels and got them quickly when we asked.

Great communication from staff. Good main bathroom (accessible) facilities and handy ensuite for main bedroom. Streaming on TV.
Beds a bit hard and the seating in lounge was a sofa bed so not very comfortable, and our room was at the front of the lot on a main thoroughfare, you could feel trucks rumbling on through all hours.

We stayed at this motel for two nights and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to the city and within 20 minutes’ drive to most attractions. The facilities are well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private outdoor spa. Free laundry and dryer service was very helpful, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with our family. Highly recommended!

Comfortable clean good facility's good location. Only a basic kitchen and small fridge but all you need really. Parking directly outside of room. Room appears recently updated. Quiet area at night. Would definitely stay again.
Code given to get keys on arrival didn't work and was confusing to operate. Called number and was sorted quickly.

Our apartment was severely downsized before our arrival with no consultation, which caused me extreme anxiety. The manager did rectify this after we looked at the other options available but this situation was totally avoidable.
There were no spare pillows or blankets, tissues, wine glasses, no hanging space or mirrors in either of the bedrooms.
There were 3 coat hangers in the living room cupboard and the lounge only seated 3 people.
The item provided to wash the dishes and wipe down the table and benches was absolutely disgusting - photos provided.

Spa bath was a nice way to end the day however it was old and gas water heater leaked gas while heating the water which made the kids feel unwell
