Poor
There were a couple for restaurants across the street
Rooms were not ready at 5pm, dirty laundry bags left in hallway, Bowling ally down stairs, entire hotel needed a redoing, over carpets stained, smelled, looked like a back packers,

Good
It was clean, spacious and short drive to Queenstown.
TV signal was spotty, wasn't entirely what we expected when paying a large amount of money.

The only thing going for this place is the bowling!
Stains all over carperts in hallways and lobbies ,very budget vibe Tv had bad satllite ,moldy grout in bathroom , i would not pay more than $130 to stay here

Handy at Arthurs Point to both Queenstown and Arrowtown.
Could probably do with a refresh.

Disappointing
It’s at a good location
There were bed bugs which has resulted is a lot of bed bug bites on my legs and hands. The parking is on rough road which as a hassle as we had to life our heavy bags after parking due to the rough surface.
Also lack of a lift made it harder to carry heavy bags upstairs.

Wonderful
We loved that it was outside of Queenstown which was so busy. Arthurs Point is quieter but has two very good restaurants and a grocery store. Really enjoyed the bowling alley too!

Fair
Lovely staff member to check in and training another
Free parking if staying - other hotels in Queenstown charging up to NZ 50 per night and very little public parking and hr rates
Away from busy Queenstown
Old and tired
Worn carpet
Shower curtain needs replacing
Don’t get room at front with view
You will hear every car the drives over the rock driveway that all premises have
Would be quieter around back side
We came in and heater was on 26
On a beautiful sunny day wheew
So no aircon only heating and we were warm for a bit
Breakfast was basic buffet
Did have milk alternatives

Disappointing
A spacious room
Very dated and worn. Toilet cistern valve didn't always shut off. Room felt barren; no bedspread or throws. $100 bond not released four days later, despite room being left in perfect condition.

Poor
The location
Pool tables were terrible and very worn, staff were unhelpful with getting money to play on the pool tables. Had one game of bowling but because the lanes kept breaking down the one game had to be held over four lanes. All-round the place is very run down, not overly clean and there is a massive hole in the toilet wall.
