Comfortable position and clean. It meet our needs and was quiet with beautiful.morning views o er queenstown.. Close to bus pick-up. Josef was available and very friendly and approachable
If more rooms were occupied it may not have been as good.

Was seeking some solo r&r before a course close to the airport and so glad I stumbled across this gem! Beautiful sights, great sized room and bathroom to share. Lovely host who offered many local insights and very homely. Walking distance to shops and a walk along the water. Great value for any solo travelers
