Carolyn and Paula were amazing! Our flight out of Queenstown was cancelled and we were rebooked on a flight that left 5+ hours later than planned. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a place to rest with our bags. Someone was checking into the unit we had stayed in but they let us move into the one next door for the additional time we needed so we weren’t out on the street with our bags and a grumpy kid ?

Location was central and excellent. The parking pass of $25 a day made life easy. Space in apartment is perfect for 4 adults, bathroom and shower are top notch.
Noise from roof next to bedroom window, air conditioners from other apartments and business next door. Owners have advised that they are going to double glaze the window to stop noise.

Amazing location, balcony overlooks all the action along the lake, jet boats and very close to all the restaurants at Steamer Wharf. parking available across the road at Man Car park.
Main bedroom had airconditioner/extraction fan noise from the restaurants next door but the location of the unit outweighed this.

The location was absolutely amazing. Everything was right downstairs from restaurants, stores, activities and the views from the balcony were perfect. Full kitchen including kitchenware, laundry was included as well.
The hallways look a bit older and there’s no elevators so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

Excellent location, very conveniently located in the centre of the city, within walking distance to all the major attractions. Good view from the apartment, the apartment was well furnished and stocked with supplies.
Some of the things in the apartment showed signs of age. Nothing broken or unusable, just visibly old and well used. Not really a complaint, just an observation.

In the centre of town.
Issues with apartment 7 in no particular order:
1. Pathetic cold water pressure.
2. No soap or body wash or shampoo
3. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 3 nights
4. Fan in 2nd bedroom is unsafe and looks like it’s about to depart the ceiling.
5. Aircon Noise outside main bedroom 24/7
6. No clothes hangers in wardrobe
7. Saucepans and lids don’t match
8. No bread knife
9. Pillows are plentiful but most are very thick and hard and not comfortable
10. Dirty dishes in dishwasher on arrival
11. Open bag of gyoza in freezer on arrival.
12. No washing powder, but an empty box.
13. 2nd kitchen drawer didn’t reseat without mechanical action and my temporary repair.
14. Lights over dining table on wall inop.
15. Apartment needs a door bell because you can’t hear people knocking.
16. Clock needs a new battery.

Amazing views and location. The staff were lovely and accommodating and soft spoken. The property had all that we needed, most importantly the central location. Lake front with access to all major restaurants and shops.
No Lifts. can be a bit of pain when you have kids in prams. As you'd have to carry the prams up the stairs.

There is no better location to stay in Queenstown, view is amazing from all apartments whether you have lake or gondola view rooms. Absolutely love staying here it's my first go to when staying in Queenstown.

Good view of lake from living room and one of the bedroom, good laundry and kitchen facilities, 2 way access to apartment via Shotover street and Beach street reduces walking distance to most hot spots and restaurants, less than 5 min walk to Steamer wharf, Fergbaker. Thai, Chinese restaurants just downstairs
Front door lock via Shotover street sometimes not working. Lock box to retrieve key cannot not be opened. Facilities in apartment with city view suboptimal as compared to those with lake view e.g. toilet flush, weak shower

Super convenient to the center of Queenstown. Spacious with a balcony. Owners were very helpful with allowing luggage storage before and at end of visit. Well stocked with amenities. comfortable beds.

The location and accommodations were very nice. When we arrived there wasn't enough towels for all of the guest and a quick phone call to the management and it was fix right away. Sitting on the deck overlooking the lake was an absolute hit with all of us.
We organize a car for our stay and were told we could park in the no standing area in front of the apartment, by management whilst we unloaded our luggage. We were there for 5 to 10min. Unfortunately the Queenstown city council had a different idea and we received a parking fine a few weeks later.

The apartment was in an excellent location with a stunning view of the waterfront area. We enjoyed easy access to many stores and restaurants. We had prearranged trips through Viator and Osen Pools and the pick up location was only two block away. The hosts were very helpful providing helpful information prior to our stay, as well as the information we needed for a successful check in. The facility had all the comforts needed, especially helpful was the use of the washer and dryer.
Not sure if it was the visitors next door or a business close by, but there was a banging noise that could be heard throughout the night.
