Great location, close to downtown (if you don't mind walking up/down a hill). We appreciated having the underground parking space. Staff were very helpful and accommodating when we asked. We were upgraded to a lake view with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The room was spacious!

The location was not far from CBD. You could see a little of the lake and it was very scenic. The room was excellent with generous amenities and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.
The walk to the CBD was not bad because it was downhill, however returning was a little more difficult. The view included a busy road. There was a lot of renovations being done on a number of rooms/apartments during our visit.

Nice view from the room, and staff were lovely. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the fire being started in the lobby in the morning was a lovely and homely touch.
We were not made aware before staying that the gym and sauna were out of action. We specifically chose this hotel so that we could keep up with our gym routines, so it was disappointing to pay what we did and have no access to the things that we booked for.
