Room was fine, quite spacious and well equipped.
Elevator was not working so we had to lift heavy luggage up stairs. My partner ended up with severe knee pain just after.

Great location close to airport. Comfy quiet rooms Cafe by reception, wonderful coffee and food.
We arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags until check-in, no problem with that. But our bags were by the reception desk, a little worrying with not security.

Comfortable spacious facilities in a great location with lots of good eateries and shops. The view we had of the Remarkables was also impressive. We also found it quiet even though we were near the airport.
I didn’t like the squeeze bottles in bathrooms for the soap & shampoo etc. I found them difficult to use with my weak hands. Didn’t like the lift set up with the tap on card opposite the numbers for the floors. Thankfully on our last day they had moved the tap on card piece to the same side as the floor numbers - which made more sense.

Location was great. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Supermarket just down the roundabout and only 15 mins to central Queenstown.
The clothes dryers in the rooms are incredibly noisy. Not only was ours loud but when neighbouring rooms used theirs they are very loud.

Room was modern, spacious and very well equipped, including washer, dryer and dishwasher. It was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend the restaurant downstairs (Franks), breakfast was next level delicious and the staff were wonderful & very accommodating.
There was a couple of things that been overlooked, such as what I assume was cleaner had been squirted around the toilet bowl but not scrubbed off, the rubbish bin in the kitchen was half full and there was some mildew around the shower. This doesn't detract from our stay, more just points to note.
