Fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes' walk from Queenstown town center. I was really impressed by the high-quality toiletries provided in the room. The breakfast was also a highlight; beautifully presented with several delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended!
The WiFi in my room is not good.

Made-to-order breakfast was top-notch. They offer evening wine tasting a couple nights a week. Use of washer/dryer was a big plus. Stafff was super nice and professional. Walk down the hill and you are in the center of town.

Wonderful
Amazing breakfasts and extremely pleasant and helpful staff. We arrived later in the day and despite it being after hours we were greeted and shown to our room and given a briefing. Sam also made us a breakfast to go as we were heading out to Milford Sound very early in the morning.
It’s a walk up the hill!

Wonderful
The rooms were large and very well appointed. The view was exceptional, overlooking Queenstown and the lake.
2 blocks of the walk back from town are straight uphill and are "no joke". It's not a long walk but it does get your attention. If you drive back-and-forth, no problem.

Amazing views from lakeside rooms with private decks and large accommodations. Tasty, varied, fresh cooked breakfast. Parking available on site. Complimentary wine tastings daily offered in late afternoon.
All good for us but keep in mind it is a very steep walk to get back to hotel from central business dustrict.

Fantastic and extensive breakfast with lots of choices. Best breakfast we had in New Zealand.
The hill is pretty steep to walk up from the center of town. No fault of the property - I'm old!

Very Good
Lovely staff, they do activities in the early evening like wine tasting for the guests. Our room had a lovely big window overlooking the lake so our view was incredible. Breakfast was lovely. Room was a good size for a B&B. Walk into town was very quick, walk back up the hill was a good cardio workout!
The big window was facing the sun so the room got very hot and was impossible to cool down as can't get airflow through the room. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Breakfast was terrific. Wine tasting at the B&B a lovely add on.
Very small room in the back. I would have preferred booking a room with more space and a nicer view.

Wonderful
Everything was comfortable and lovely. Beautiful view of Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. Breakfasts were generous and delicious. The hosts, Paul and Marianne, were fun to talk to and most gracious. Evening wine tasting was a fun way to meet fellow guests. Easy access to Queenstown Hill hiking trail.
A minor lack of privacy/sound control as our side windows faced a shared area deck and walkway. Solved by closing the shades.

Location, breakfast was delicious, staff accommodating and very courteous
The room was very hot when we arrived. On sunny days it would be nice to close curtains and shades

The view, the hosts’ hospitality, and the made to-order breakfasts make this an exceptional place to stay in Queenstown. We particularly enjoyed the “Happy Hour” wine tasting one evening. The B&B guests really got to engage with one another in a relaxed, fun way, which doesn’t often happen when traveling. Breakfasts range from avocado toast to Eggs Benedict to omelettes— all delicious.
Some people may not like the steep hilly walk to and from town, but we loved it!

Lovely place to stay in Queenstown. It is spacious, faces Lake Whakatipu, and it's situated close to Queenstown Mall and the gondola. Breakfast is very good too.
