While this important work is underway, we will be doing everything possible to ensure it causes minimal disruption to your stay. Very Good
Great location with amazing views of the lake. The courtyard and balconies were beautiful. The room was spacious and we appreciated having a small kitchen.
There was a lot of construction going on at the property and the surrounding properties. The furniture was a bit worn and outdated. Wish they had a breakfast.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great!
Poor value for money. Disappointed in the ground floor room, we were expecting a balcony with sea and mountain views, the balcony was covered in old cigarettes and could barely fit 1 person on and the view was mostly blocked by the large room next to us and cars parked outside. We also found a cockroach.

Wonderful
Location and how very helpful staff were. Outstanding views of the lake and mountains. Walking distance to downtown. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious.
Only suggestion would be a refresh/update to living room furnishings such as the couch which sits way to low for comfortable.

Location is good, short walk to restaurants and shops.
Really disappointed at the standard of our room. Bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Bathroom is small and pokey and the vanity unit was appalling. Bathroom heater didn’t work. Dinning room table set was old and seats and carpet stained. Outdoor furniture ripped and incomplete. I think it’s ridiculous to charge $30 a night for parking. Whole place is run down and in need of an upgrade. Shame we stayed a few years ago and it was much better.

The view was obscured by trees; we felt squashed in the darkest smallest end of the property. Ther verandah was hilarious, it was about 40cm wide. We could hear the people in the adjoining room stirring a cup of tea pretty much, was almost a bit uncomfortable for that reason. Parking was terrible, you had to move your car before 11 pm of be charged for parking ???

The location and the view from balcony is amazing. And the apartment is very well equipped, full kitchen, fireplace, Staff are super friendly and attentive.
We didnt know there is a “third bedroom” in the apartment with a separate entry. So children were too excited and praised the place with excitement when we checked in at night (they were not screaming or anything, just excited) so we got a “friendly reminder” as guests called the reception. so we were all a bit paranoid and try to be quiet for the next few days. As we didn’t want to interrupt guests there.
