The view of the lake
The room is old. The furniture is old. The plumbing is bad,either super hot or super cold. The cleaning staff is nice, the front desk staff is indifference to customer. Basicly it is not a nice place yo stay.

I want to do a bad review. Pink scum on the shower floor and had a metal heater that was too hot to pick up lent up against the curtain so I had to turn it off and move it somewhere else to plug in. They've gone on my bad list for motels

location only.
Aside that the room was too expensive and noisy, there were missing things. I stayed for two nights, so I left food inside the refrigerator and my sandals close to the entrance, however when I returned from my excursion everything was mysteriously disappeared.

When I checked in, found the glass on balcony door was broken, the wind can directly blow into room! Terrible, the room should not give to customer. They just don’t care! After I called the person in charge, sent a heater, but not help anymore. Queenstown night is windy and cold, I got sick because of they.

Location and it has 2 bedroom apartment. View from our balcony is outstanding.
Rooms need to be totally refurbished. There's only one heater. Glasses are still dirty and smelled of coffee. Door's key is very difficult to open.

Just Opposite to Queenstown Lake!!! View from Room is awesome!!! Perfect Place to be in Heart of Queenstown with small but fully equipped Kitchenett, Nice Shower and Balcony in Bonus for your perfect sunny Breakfast...Lakeside Motel has everything. Car Park is Just outside.

Excellent location with clear view of the lake and mountains and only a 5-minute walk to the centre of town. Chose this motel knowing it was about half the price of other higher star motels in the area so knew it was not as opulent. Whilst it was a bit dated, it was very comfortable and spacious, including the bed, with an excellent picture window view of the scenery. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
No free to air TV reception. Internal heater thermostat was ok but not great.

Lack of pillows, wasn’t ready at 3 for check in, not friendly or welcoming, nothing special, had a connecting door?, the door wasn’t locking well, grubby kitchen area
