Limited and non guaranteed free on-site parking is provided. All apartments are duplex style split level and have a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove, kitchenware and an oven. Amenities include laundry facilities, a DVD player and satellite TV. The private bathroom offers free toiletries, a hairdryer and a bathtub. The staff at the tour desk can assist in arranging local activities like jet boating, bungee jumping, kayaking, lake cruises, skiing and wine tours. Queenstown is beautiful, if only we had the advertised views from all the rooms so we could see it
Deceit of hotel. On arrival we were not given a room in the advertised address. In fact we were told we needed to walk back on the street and go to another unrelated building down the road. No explanation. Later they claimed there were no 3 bedroom apartments available in this building, only a 2 bedroom apartment. (then why did they accept our booking, at best a double booking but possibly a common practice). The apartment displayed on Booking.com did not resemble the apartment we were given. Our apartment turns out to be a low quality apartment in an older building down the street. Booking.com pictures had open plan living areas, separate kitchen, dining and sitting rooms with lake views from all bedrooms and the kitchen. We got squeezed into a combined dining and sitting room, with a separate narrow old kitchen (see photo). Only 1 bedroom had a lake view. Kitchen overlooked a stairway. Not to mentioned leaking shower recess When we raised these issues during our stay, the reception tried to shift the blame to us as the issue wasn't raised quickly enough. We have spent over 1 month trying to get compensation and apology but have been stonewalled by the General Manager. He has not once tried to contact us. We now need to submit a claim to the Disputes Tribunal as the advertised apartment is expensive but did not match the low quality rooms supplied. More stress & costs. Beware Confirmation # 6711963109

Location, nice view, spacious
Beds were horrible, both rooms at the front next to road were noisy all night, I think there was almost no sound proofing. Old property - Very very outdated. Not the cleanest either.

It is a convenient apartment to stay in when visiting Queenstown, you can park your car up and walk to town.
It is very expensive.

They charged me an extra credit card fee although it was a debit card and also some other extra surcharge on top of booking.com price that came to $50 extra

Great location.
There was a substantial debit card fee of 3% or more added to the accommodation charge when checking in. It was a mastercard. Card fees of 1 - 1.5% are common in Queenstown but 3% seemed excessive.

Location is a 5 min flat walk from Queenstown bay area. Very local to local attractions such as the Earnslaw and many booking agencies with pick up and drop off options. Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, good kitchen, laundry facilities, although we never used them as dining was so close and we took our laundry with us. On site parking, and overflow parking next door. Lovely lake front view. Lovely receptionist, very helpful.
The apartment was a little 'tired' looking. We recieved daily servicing which wasn't really required for just 2 people. That level of service came with fresh towels and additional roles of toilet paper which started to pile up - this might be useful for some guests. Parking on site was very tight - if you have an SUV or bigger, recommend using the overflow parking next door. Some nights could be a little noisy - but you need to expect that when staying in a hot tourist location over a long weekend!

Great location, comfortable bed and roomy
Unit was filthy. Carpet dirty and badly stained . Appliances not working (stove cooktop - sorted by manager, and dishwasher - not fixed during stay) Rubbish at front door. Room service very basic fresh towels ,tea bags but NO cleaning

There's a lot of road noise at night in the bedrooms that face the road, only stairs to the rooms which can be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility issues

Great location with a fabulous view from the balcony. Dedicated parking was critical. Great beds with extra blankets for a cooler night. Staff was helpful letting us keep the parking space for a few hours after check out. Much appreciated.
Small things: check when reception is actually open. I got three different times in messaging from the property (8-7; 8-6; 9-6). No worse than inconvenient. Cleanliness and upkeep were good but not great.

Great location with fabulous view. short walk to centre of town for restaurants/bars,shopping etc….great kitchen with all amenities. Washer/drier was nice to have. loved the updated bathroom

Pleasant
Location was fantastic. Right in the middle of town. The View was unbeatable, large windows overlooking the lake and the mountains beyond. Beds were old but comfortable.
The decor was clean and tidy, but very dated. The furniture was from the 80s but in good condition.
