The room was large with a wonderful view. I changed rooms because my first room did not have a view of the mountains. Changing was no problem. The staff was remarkable and so helpful. Food was excellent

This hotel was amazing! So clean and well maintained. Bed was incredibly comfortable and shower and facilities were great. Beautiful view from both our window and the restaurant. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond for guests. The breakfast buffet and bar were also fantastic. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in and would absolutely stay again in future.

The location was very close to wharf area and an easy walk. The view from the balcony was nice.
We were in Room 303 which is directly below the restaurant/bar/kitchen. It was extremely noisy all day until very late into the night. It wasn’t great. I would imagine any rooms in this area would have the same issue and for the star rating and price we would expect better.

Spacious room with a great shower. The option to not have daily cleaning but have vouchers instead, was really appreciated. Reusable glass bottles for water and milk was also good. That view!!
The hill!! Having an interconnecting door to the room nextdoor meant it was noisier than expected for such a peaceful hotel.

Beautifully presented suite, spacious, clean and very comfortable with everything that we needed. The only thing on the downside was that we faced the back of the hotel facing a laneway and adjacent road.
