Wonderful
Very comfortable apartment with an amazing view including a small balcony on which to sit and enjoy the view across the lake and also to The Remarkables. A short walk into the central town. I didn't use the gym but if I had not had early starts, definitely would have.

Clean! Had EVERYTHING we needed (loved that we had our own washer/dryer)
We were upgraded to a patio with a view…and what a view!! We used that patio…a lot! We also took full advantage of the jaccuzzi/spa.

The room had easy access for those with mobility issues. It was easy to find.
The second room could hear the noise from the room next to it. The rooms were very compact. To get to the fridge you opened the cupboard one way and then the fridge the other way - this did not make things easy in a compact room. If the fridge was open you could not access the bathroom at the same time or sit with your legs off the bed.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and was well equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, television, and reverse cycle air conditioning. The king bed was particularly large and very comfortable.
The bathroom was modern, well maintained, and clean.
The room was located at the lower level, at the base of a staircase, and felt somewhat enclosed. This was largely as expected, given that it was offered at a lower rate compared to rooms with more desirable features such as lake views.
One aspect that did detract from the overall experience was the presence of a locked interconnecting door to the adjoining room. The sound insulation was inadequate, and a significant amount of noise carried through from neighbouring occupants, which was quite intrusive. As we were able to hear them clearly, it is reasonable to assume that sound transmission occurred in both directions. Despite this, I would consider staying at Highview Apartments on future visits to Queenstown.

Great location. Easy to walk to town, beautiful view of the harbor. Hot tub under the Remarkables was great!
The room was small but I was barely in it so it didn’t bother me at all. It was nice and dark to sleep. Bed was comfortable.

The room size was excellent with comfortable lounge and dining area. The fireplace was a welcome bonus the kitchen was well equipped with normal refrigerator and cooking facilities. Every thing considered it was accommodation in which you could stay for a long term. The view was to die for probably one of the best in town.
It is a steep walk uphill for the average person.

We were kindly upgraded to a lake view apartment, and the view was fantastic. The entire room was incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The room was very cozy, we were very well rested!
Maybe slight con that it was 15 min walk to cbd, but that was also a pro because it was very quiet.

The bed was very comfortable. I slept with the door open and I felt a cool breeze, it was lovely.
Well where to start. The character limit might kick in and stop me so here goes lap it up while you can. It was a lower ground floor room, my wife said a basement, the view was to wall. Then there was thumpalina the cleaner who made loud sounds with garbage bins during my afternoon nap. The toilet paper is not embossed unliked at Ramada which I learned the following day. Parking was quite good however. It’s a walk to town yes but that’s no issue as others did complain about that.

Even though no kitchenette, still had mini fridge, microwave, and full set of dishes and silverware.
Uphill walk back to town meant we used Uber to get back to hotel in evenings. Flying bugs seemed to come from bathroom drain. No view room is subterranean, one floor below parking lot. Bath/shower door only half wide, so water gets out. No screen on sliding door. Because subterranean, lots of bugs and spiders. Worried they would charge for not tossing all recyclables ourselves. Tried for power wash on washing machine, but credit card reader only did $4, so got charged $8.

This was a beautiful apartment with gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. It was super clean and comfortable. Being a bit outside of downtown made it nice and quiet.
