Good location.
Room needs updating. Carpet is worn and mildew on the bathroom. Room was not cleaned properly. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen and clothes of previous occupant was on the carpet. Room was not ready when I tried to check in around 3:00 pm.

A dedicated, free parking space! Washer AND dryer! Big, comfortable bed. Adequate kitchen with mini-dishwasher. Easy to walk to town. Quiet location. Wifi good (to stream US videos via VPN thru hdmi cable).
Bedroom needs black out curtains. We stuffed scarves around the blinds to keep the bedroom dark. Couch is pretty awful. Definitely don't think you'll have anyone sleep on it! Bed needs a thinner pillow, please.

Best thing about this complex is its location to Queenstown township.
We used to stay at this complex and pay around $270 for a garden suit apartment. We paid $350 for a Studio Room as garden suits are now overpriced. The Studio room was very disappointing, flooring in bathroom was lifting, walls were knocked around. the outside area not swept and untidy. Very over priced for a very old room with no money spent on it.

Location was good. Laundry facilities handy. Free car parking is a bonus
There was no air conditioning. This was very uncomfortable upstairs because of the heat.The couches were very old, torn and uncomfortable. For the price we paid I would have expected better couches and air conditioning

Great apartment walking distance to city, bus, and amenities
Needed new carpet and new curtains, otherwise nice apartment inside. Our one only had views of other apartments. Not garden like! I also expected ground floor not lots of stairs although described as split level.

Fantastic amenities, I upgraded last minute to a balcony apartment and the views were fantastic. All nicely clean and a the bed very comfortable.
No AC in the bedroom and the doors had lots of scratches.

The location was great.
It is aged, no air condition at all, not even at the bedrooms. The rooms needs a freshen up including the carpet and certainly the mattresses which were atrocious. Certainly, for the price we paid we deserved a better facility.

Views, location and comfortable bed were amazing! The apartment was spacious and close to the lake and nice cafe and eating district.
Having to carry my luggage up the steps to the apartment. The apartment could have done with a bigger couch. It was a bit cramped for three of us.

Shower door setup is weird. We were close to the Main Street so it was noisy. Parking is extremely tight!
