Studio Rooms Our Studio Rooms offer a comfortable and practical space. Please note that studios do not offer views. Each studio includes a compact kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee facilities (no cooktop or oven). A Smart TV is provided, allowing guests to log into their own streaming accounts. Studios also include a heat pump for heating and air-conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and access to a communal washing machine and dryer within the complex. 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments Our apartments are located across both ground and upper levels. Apartments are allocated based on availability at the time of booking, and specific floor levels cannot be guaranteed. Each apartment features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with full-length sliding doors opening onto a patio or balcony. Many apartments enjoy views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables, however views vary depending on allocation and may range from lake views to partial or glimpse views. Apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, in-apartment laundry facilities, and free parking within the complex. For comfort and convenience, each apartment also offers unlimited free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV in the living area, a TV in the master bedroom, a heat pump for heating and air-conditioning, additional bedroom heaters, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Communal BBQ facilities are available throughout the complex. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard and a 3.5% charge if you pay with American Express credit card. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly. If the guest is found to be at fault for the damages, a charge will be applied to their chosen payment method.

Location was the best, the views were incredible, and easy access to transport by ferry and bus to Queenstown and Arrowtown. Had lots of great places to eat on the wharf especialy Pizza, the best
I thought we were getting a full kitchen, but we only had a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster, advertised as self-contained Need more information on the site to make sure you know what you are getting

I like the way staff cooperated. I requested them to keep my luggage till the checkin and the were more than willing to help in it. When I reached at the time of checkin, the luggage was already in my room. Thanks to the guy. I forgot his name
There was a power outage on an evening after 6.I almost did probably around 50 calls to the duty manager and finally he got one. He came and repaired it though. The room without power is like hell

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outlook was lovely and the unit had everything we needed. The temperature control in the unit was amazing and it was constantly a great temperature. The coffee machine is a nice touch.
Unfortunately it took the host 3 hours after payment to send us the code for the lock box. We had to book another room in town for the night as it was 8pm by the time we got a response. So it cost us extra as we couldn't cancel the booking.

Highly recommend as this accommodation was handy to both Frankton 5 mile village and Queenstown township.

Comfortable, clean and convenient and great view once you step outside. The bus stop nearby and 24-hr service station across the road were very handy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.
That the unit was not serviced for the entire duration of our stay (6 days) and it was difficult to find housekeeping staff to request fresh towels.

Great location by the lake.
The room had an unpleasant smell kind of like unwashed clothing. There were other people's clothes in one of the drawers and balled up bed linen stuffed in the wardrobe- all of which we had to move and stack on the floor so we could use the wardrobe. The toilet seat was the wrong size and not properly installed so it kept moving around.

A little too far out of Queenstown to walk, but there is a lovely Marina with lots of facilities for a drink or a meal. Very comfortable and the staff were helpful with our baggage to get up the stairs.

A very compact unit for two persons, Beds are pushed together to form a Double, and a request for separate beds was overlooked, but this was fixed the next day by House Keeping. otherwise the room suited our needs as we were not there very much at all during the day, but out tripping around Sightseeing, as most would expect just needing a place to sleep, The onsite laundry was utilized for us to refresh our washing from the trip so far.this was a great bonus.

The unit was right on the recreation trail, so could ride or walk the 7km into Queenstown. There was a nice beewpub with Italian pizza van just 3 minute walk away, as well as the marina having coffee shop and wine bar
The name implies that this is an apartment. It is really a single hotel room lock off from a larger apartment. We uber into Queenstown as parking is limited downtown and it was a busy holiday weekend. The distance was a bit of an issue, but the price was better in Frankton for sure!
