The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent; you couldn't get better in Queenstown. The breakfast every morning was fresh, and the staff were always on hand to assist in any way - also great coffee!
Probably the only thing was the pressure in the shower was very low, but that didn't spoil the holiday in any way.

Good location and lovely staff
The price for the rooms are way too much. We had a level 1 room with average views. For that price I expected a room on a higher level with nice views of the mountains. I booked for another night at the end of the week and if I hadn’t already paid for it I would be cancelling and booking elsewhere.
