One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Cannot say enough good things. View is breathtaking despite being a 10 min drive from city center. Facilities were remarkable, with impressive attention to detail and design. Spa / pool area incl. private jacuzzi overlooking river available for complementary booking. Gym was a clear standout with new equipment and stunning views. Breakfast was great. Staff went above to ensure a good stay (touring hotel, brought ice bucket for wine to room, late checkout, etc).

My new favourite place to stay in Queenstown. The room was lovely, the bath tub on the balcony was incredible. The view was insane. Service was great, the staff were helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to return soon!

Very nice hotel away from the busy town centre of Queenstown but a convenient 10 minute drive away. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was great with some incredible views.
Would have been nice to have a luggage trolley available, reception staff were willing to assist us but we ended up just doing multiple trips to the car instead. Otherwise cant fault anything, we would happily stay here again.

Beautiful location with breathtaking views. Staff were welcoming and friendly from the get go. The entrance was cosy with the fire burning and it always smelled amazing. The room was great with a private patio, a comfortable and spacious bed, lovely bathroom and a delicious range of complimentary bar snacks and drinks. The facilities were lovely, with a spa area (well equipped with a roman style pool, sauna and steam room) and you can book to use the jacuzzi with incredible views of the mountains. Lastly, we ate at Elevation one of the nights and the food was amazing. Highly recommend eating here.
Very hard to fault the place but if I have to say anything (and this is being picky) it's that it would be nice to have some extra hooks to hang the robes after use in the spa area/jacuzzis so they're not taking up space on the towel rack or going back in the closet if slightly damp.
