Wonderful
The outdoor private spa and freebie whittakers choccies. Staff availability for assistance was great.
Lack of lift if staying upstairs. Its fine coming and going, it's just difficult with luggage. Although the staff assist with that.

The view was stunning, the room was so comfortable and stylish, and the toilet had a heated seat and bidet! The artwork was a lovely added touch.
The menu at the restaurant was a little too upscale for our tastes. I felt like the toilet seat was too high, I didn't have a good position.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Cannot say enough good things. View is breathtaking despite being a 10 min drive from city center. Facilities were remarkable, with impressive attention to detail and design. Spa / pool area incl. private jacuzzi overlooking river available for complementary booking. Gym was a clear standout with new equipment and stunning views. Breakfast was great. Staff went above to ensure a good stay (touring hotel, brought ice bucket for wine to room, late checkout, etc).
