Very Good
Good handy location, easy walk to CBD. Comfortable beds and clean. Good off street parking. Friendly house keeping staff who topped us up with what we needed during our stay.
No much, little pricey for what it is compared to other towns. The couch wasn't super comfortable and wouldn't want to use it as a fold out bed for an adult.

Location was good although up a big hill.
Our front door and kitchen window was level with next room Kitchen and all the smells came into our apartment so had to keep doors and windows closed. ALSO NOT ABLE TO USE BALCONY for same reason. Fridge smelt bad of FISH and totally iced up so we had to thaw it before we could use it. The Kitchen floor was filfy. Some replacement towels were scratchy and soiled. The windows need cleaning as wipe marks all over.

Was overly priced, small room, bathroom was weirdly positioned ( less space in toilet). Water pressure in the shower was very low. But the view of QT from top room was amazing (only room # 1,2,3). I don’t think you’ll get the similar view from any other rooms. 10 min or less walk to the city centre was very handy. Basically paid for the view only!

Great location 5 min walk into all the facilities and the town centre.Plenty of room in the apartment and all the cooking equipment was great.
No view and at the top of a steep hill, may be difficult for elderly people.

Great location, within 5 minutes walk to Queenstown City Center and 2 minutes walk to bus stop to get to Arrowtown. Very comfy beds and extremely clean. Great (partial) view of Queenstown waterfront.
A bit noisy as it's close to the main road. No oven (we bought pizzas from the supermarket but found out we had no oven), kitchen facilities very basic.

It was very clean.
Tv wasn't set up properly for channels. Needing scrolling thru everytime we wanted to watch anything. Couldn't get heat pump to turn on. Remote battery problem? Did tell person in office who said he would look at it but not actioned

No breakfast was provided. The location was good apart from being on top of a long hill. The shower was really good.
Although the main room looked clean the floors in the room and in the bathroom were very grubby.

I enjoyed my stay here so much! The staff was so nice and helpful, they let me check in earlier. The apartament was big and comfortable. The location is so perfect and the views are insane. Highly recommend it!

Great size room and everything that we needed. Clean and comfortable. Close to centre.
Parking was a bit tight but not too much of a problem.
