The accommodation is close to the central of Queenstown (about 7-8 minutes down-slope). The parking space is just outside our room. Although there is a minor problem in parking issue, the staff si solved immediately. Good and quick respond. Appreciate...
The rest room is a little bit small and no space for placing up stuffs inside.

Clean accommodation for pretty decent prices and free parking.
You are gambling for a nice room and paying the same price. The first time we stayed we had a room away from the street with a nice view. The second time we stayed we got the room right next to the main road which was noisy and had no privacy yet we paid the same price for the nice room!!! People were literally looking into our room. There weren't even privacy blinds only blackout curtains which meant we pretty much had a windowless room. We also had problems connecting to wifi and when we asked for help from staff we were told it's just technical problems and to wait. We did not get any compensation. Photo attached shows main busy loud road with no privacy blinds and a person standing looking in.

Location was great - just up the road from the Queenstown Gardens and short, but steep in places, walk to town centre. Good heating. Clean room. On site parking.
Carrying 20kg plus cases up stairs to room. Not to self - book a ground floor room next time.

Arranged for me to check in early as room was ready which was awesome (I did not ask so this felt over and above). Issue with heater and they promptly helped which was also awesome.
