Immaculate, nicely furnished apartment with gorgeous views on the surrounding mountains.
Did have to climb a bit of a hill when coming back from town, but it was good exercise.?

Very convenient spot in Queentown a short stroll to main centre. Spacious apartment.
I did expect a better view of Queenstown, but we had a lower level apartment with limited views.

Nice view of the lake and mountains. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a full kitchen and laundry. Walking distance to downtown core with restaurants and shopping.

A beautiful, bright airy apartment with a great, generous terrace and superb Mountain View’s. Great location too.
Access to parking is a little tight but a generous parking space once in the garage. As we are at home most evenings we would have lived a butcher’s block for chopping vegetables, a scissors for opening packaged salad items, and a few extra hand towels for both bathrooms. Whilst the living room lights had dimmers, a nice lamp in the living area would add some nice ambiance. T

The location was good and handy to the township
Even though parking was provided the park was awkward and couldn't use it. Had to find alternative parking on the street.
At $500+ a night you would expect a daily service. Also so the outside extractor fan from the bathrooms if next to both bedrooms and very noisy at night.

The location was perfect. Only 200m to the main street in town. We had an amazing view of Queenstown and the Remarkables and were able to see the snow on the Mountains. Quiet location and very private. Bonus having a washing machine and dryer, the bathroom floors were heated and the showers were better than home. The entire unit was extremely clean on arrival and had everything we needed. Will definately stay there again. Friendly and knowledgable staff as well. Very happy.

Great location. The stay was very comfortable. A short walk to the main attractions (including Fergburger, haha!)! The Bathroom has heated flooring, which was very comfortable for cold weather. The receptionist was friendly and provided a handful of recommendations. Will recommend and revisit!
Complimentary parking was available in my lot, which was directly connected to the lot. A short walk with stairs, a bit of a challenge during the wet weather to carry the luggage up, but this did not ruin our overall stay experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and gave us detailed recommendations that were really helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with a beautiful view of the lake. Everything made our stay very comfortable.
The parking area under the apartment was quite tight, steep, and not very easy to get in and out.

Comfortable apt but best of all, we could walk to downtown area as well as to the gondola and hiking trail.
Needed paper towels. And complimentary coffee would be nice.

Location, views, washer & dryer in the apartment, very spacious, well kitted out and comfortable. There was an issue with our original booking. Ruby contacted me ahead of time and made sure I was happy with the alternative arrangements. Great service/communication.
We had trouble getting the hob to work in one of the apartments but didn't matter as we all eat in the other apartment.
Our bed was a little soft for my liking but that is a personal preference.
