Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, great facilities, excellent mini-kitchen, great undercover balcony with a gorgeous view of the Remarkables
The rooms were a little cramped, but the balcony gave us an extra living space

It was perfect as we just needed a place to sleep and shower but like everything is queenstown, it was expensive for a room in a basement!

A very comfortable stay and would recommend this holiday accommodation . Near a busy road but very little traffic noise.
No allocated car park with 3 nights booked.

Location is really close to town. Size of room and facilities within room was great. Really good value for money. Very comfortable beds, on-site free parking and outstanding views of the mountains. Highly recommend.

The space of the room, location and bed are all great !! It's a walking distance to town, so you can just park your car at the property and walk over to town.

Clean and user friendly. Had all the creature comforts you need to have a pleasant, self catering stay. Staff exceptionally helpful as I asked for a ground unit to accommodate elderly mother.
Close to town but still a rather long uphill climb to get back to the accommodation.

The staff was cooperative and responded quickly to our questions on booking.com and in person. Most valuable to us was the ability to store our bags on premises for 8 days prior to our checkin, as we were doing a multi-day hike. Also useful was the coin operated laundry. The host gave us good tips about coffee places nearby.
It's a motel so the room is not large and there is no lobby etc. The room itself was on the ground floor facing the street.
