Choice of made-to-order breakfast was great. Room was nice. Appreciate they let us check in early after a long flight from the states.
On site parking can be a little tough when they are at full capacity. Street parking is available.

Made to order breakfast was excellent with options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Parking in central Christchurch is an expensive pain, so after a lot of driving (touring NZ) it was nice to park inside the B&B gates and have a short walk (10-15 minutes) to shopping and restaurants. Location was only some 3-4 blocks from central Park, with botanical gardens, punting on river etc.

Loved the historic property close to sights. The host family was very friendly and helpful. Spacious room, large bathroom, very good breakfast.
We were not clear about the prices posted in the dining room for breakfast.

Our first stay of two. We enjoyed the historic property decor and the helpful host family. The room/suite was large and very comfortable. Centrally located to restaurants and sights and right on a tram stop.

The owners were terrific. Always available, accomondating and very friendly. Breakfast was made to order and the breakfast area was very cute with white tablecloths and windows. Super cute place! They allowed us to keep luggage after checkout and before our flight. Would highly recommend this converted, old Victorian style home as a B&B! Location was also terrific! Easy walk to restaurants, parks and shops.

Excellent location to Botanical Gardens, university, tram, museums and dining facilities. Cozy place with scrumptious breakfast, generous and gracious hosts.

Fabulous location, easy walk along the river into town, 10min stroll. Stored our luggage for the day until check-in time. Be aware you might have an upstairs room and need to carry bags up. Lovely clean and airy room, good space, comfy bed, big bathroom. Good cooked breakfast. Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely historic building, large rooms, great location in city with off street parking, breakfast included, excellent value, very clean, a communal lounge for guest use (we stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms at beginning and end of trip); we really liked our stays.

Charming house with old-fashioned furniture decorating the rooms. We had an antique suitcase and a hat box on top of a wardrobe in our room and beautiful teacups. Nice breakfast.
You have to carry your suitcase up the stairs, but the steps are OK. A bit of traffic noise if your room faces the street.
