Clean room, good wifi, convenient and safe parking on-site, nice location, quiet neighborhood, owner pleasant, comfortable bed.
Shower had some glitch and showers were cold.

Very comfortable, well appointed unit within a short drive to downtown Christchurch and close to shops and restaurants. Monique & Tony were friendly helpful hosts.
We had the downstairs unit and there was a bit of floor noise from upstairs.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were lovely. The location is great if you're looking for a quiet area. Had everything we needed including a portable stovetop cooker. Definitely recommended.

Location was fantastic. Close to bus stop , a mini mall 5 mins walk away plus supermarket cinema franchise dine in take out. City centre not far away. Great value for money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick trip from the airport. They allowed us to check in a bit early which we appreciated.
As per the description, the room is very small. One pot, one frying pan to cook with.

We had a fantastic stay at Stream View. The property was spotless and had all the facilities we needed, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to town with a few shops and food places just a short walk away, and an excellent bus service nearby.
Tony and Monique were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. To top it off, the price was great value for such a well-maintained and perfectly located place.
We highly recommend Stream View.
Will definitely book to stay here again!
